Outstanding customer service. So rare that you are greeted with a warm smile and friendliness. I can’t say how much that matters these days.

Please avoid Arby’s at CNN center downtown Atlanta. I believe they switched owners. The quality of the food has dropped. I would suggest going someplace else.

Decent service and standard Arby's fare. I don't understand why they advertise milkshakes if they're not serving them, though.
