The Simple Life - Concordia

We were truly amazed when we discovered this hidden gem! While traveling from St. Louis to Kansas City, we were quite hungry, and the rest is history. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch featuring a Philly-style cheesesteak that was nearly authentic. Being from Philly, we can appreciate the effort! Deb and Pam were wonderful, and Riley impressed us with his extensive sports knowledge. Overall, it was a great experience and a highlight of our trip. Food: 5 stars.

I ordered the chicken tortilla soup along with half a tuna salad, and it was absolutely delicious! The waitstaff were extremely attentive, and the food was fantastic. The little shop area is charming, and the entire experience felt very welcoming! I highly recommend it!
