Taco Bell - Concord

Their chips are disgusting, oily and burnt tasting. even the nacho cheese sauce could not help the taste. I threw them away.

Stopped in a few nights ago on November 29th was there over two hours before they closed and the business was clearly open and was a man just sitting at the driveway window while I was trying to order through the drive thru, I waited in the ordering spot and after 10 minutes without being responded to I saw a person hand the man's food in front of me who was sitting at the window from when I arrived I continued to wait a couple minutes thinking it was short staff and after 10 more minutes I pulled up to the drive-thru window where I just saw the man be handed his food after sitting there for what seemed like forever I parked and tried to enter the store which was locked after hours I assumed I knocked on the door hoping that he would know someone was there trying to order after not seeing anybody come to or in the back of the kitchen I got back in my vehicle and tried to go back to the drive-thru ordering spot I sat there for what seemed ridiculous I drove back up to the window and then was continued to be ignored after an almost 45 minute ordeal because nothing else was open I left

Sat, 2 Dec 23, ~6:00 p.m.Had to wait a while to order bc the jerk ahead of us was being rude to the waitress over a chalupa not having enough extra sour cream and tomatoes. The girl was very polite and patient with him. She offered to put the sour cream tomatoes in a separate bowl, but NOOO, it had to be ON the chalupa. The poor girl tried to explain that she could get in trouble with mgt over the mess-up on his order, but he was adamant about having tomatoes sour cream ON the food.Kudos to the waitress for her patience. I hope mgt DID NOT berate this employee.

Don't waste your time here, especially late at night. EVERY NIGHT the employees claim their system is down because they're too lazy to actually do their job and let you sit in the drive-thru for 5 minutes before they say anything.

The customer service is terrible. They don't care if you're at the front counter. The employees look at you and keep working. My chicken chipotle wraps was thrown together and not very pleasant.
