TGI FRIDAYS - Concord (NC)

Our waitress, Jada, was exceptional. She turned a negative situation into a positive one. We informed the hostess that we wanted a table, but she led us to a booth and informed us there were no available tables. As we tried to fit into the booth, Jada approached us and informed us that there were indeed tables available and she would accommodate us at one. She was a pleasant individual and instantly lifted our spirits with her act of kindness.

Jada has such a fun personality and is an excellent server. I love eating on Friday, but I just find myself going to the Concord site so I can be served by jada. thank you for the Friday team in concord. you all do great work every day to feed me and the Charlotte community.

My man and I came for the daily offer of her veteran. we sat immediately and sat for 15 minutes, while server totally ignored us as if we had the plague and served others. we finally decided to go and talk to the manager on the way. he said they were just occupied. I completely understand that it is short and it prefers to pay customers. but if they didn't want to give us the special, because they were short-time servants, they just say when we show up. they tell us that they can't honor the special. that is completely understandable. but to put us and then let us sit there for 15 minutes was just rude.

Dreadful service! Today is the 12th november and my partner and I came to dinner. not only were we waiting for more than 5 minutes to sit (while as 3 workers saw us in the face and passed by us) they had time to talk and laugh in the corner, but could not sit down! another group of people came in after us and asked how long we had waited after we had informed them it had been a little over 5 minutes, this group had to get someone and let them come. after this group together with 2 other groups who sat after us had taken their order while my friend and I were just sitting on the look and waiting for someone to pick up our order. Once again several workers came and went right past us, did not recognize us, said not: “I will be with you” the other groups (all sitting next to us and coming to us) had their command almost immediately. my partner had to stand up physically and bring someone to take over our order. absolutely unacceptable! we waited for about 10/15 minutes! table was sticky floor dirty. the lady who finally took our order was friendly, but she shouldn't even be our server smh! at this point, why should we even pay for our meal! they didn't want to sit us or serve us, but they want their money?! we will not be back!

I had lunch at this place recently. eating was good/average, but the staff was great! rebeca and brook offer excellent customer service! I had no good experience with eating and service at the North Sea mall location.
