McDonald's #21800 - Concord

This staff is on point, they managed to handle my very large order of 40+ burgers on a busy Sunday, with the biggest smiles even thought it was very clear they were extremely behind. All while managing unruly customers- they even delivered it to my car! Take the time to thank your people, they are what creates happy customers!

Absolutely disgusting and when the problem was addressed, she admired and said that it was working on it. I said it takes less than 10 minutes! if they have time to stand around and slim them have time to clean. if the bathroom looks like the kitchen.

I was not happy with my order, I thought the cashier helped me and didn't take my order right. when I noticed that it wasn't right in the second window, they didn't need the time to correct it, they wanted me to come in and repair it, but I told him that I had smaller children in the car and didn't want to leave them there. So without any thought they looked at me and said nothing and I pulled out and went into another almost food restaurant to fulfill my needs jack in the box

Eating is terrible. everything was reheated and stabbed, especially the French pommes. the type at the drive was very short tempered when he tried to command one. avoid them when they can.

Every time I taste my hathbrowns old and are overdone. I think they are already cooked hathbrown, so they are not cold. it's really sad. they are always rude and make the feeling that they are an inconvenience. I won't be here anymore.
