Garofola's Italiano - Concord

I bought 2 of the weakest pizzas I've ever had from this joint. My wife and I didn't even make it half way thru our first slice and knew we threw $40 out the window.

Garofolas is getting a little expensive but I suppose all restaurants are raising prices now.

The food we had was pretty good. The issue was they were out of so many items on the menu we werent able to order what we wanted. This was the first time here amd found being out of fried ravioli, out of garlic knots to be a turn off at an italian restaurant. Also, the waitress' children were there (2 kids under 10yrs) and were being so roudy, obnoxious and loud it was a huge irritation. The kids were wrestling around and kept slamming into the wall directly next to our table! Nobody told them stop or even paid attention to what they were doing. For these reasons. I wouldnt reccomend this place. Not a good environment to enjoy a nice dinner.

We have been going to Garofola's for years and only recently started ordering delivery from them. We have always enjoyed the food, friendly service and atmosphere. Tonight, we learned just how much they truly care about customer service. We placed our online order and, although our food was delivered hot and fresh, our drinks were missing. I called the restaurant not expecting them to do anything about 2 missing iced teas/lemonades, but more to make them aware of the error in case it hadn't shown on their end. To my absolute amazement, the gentleman on the phone was very apologetic. He then took down our address and said he was personally bringing us our drinks! Im not sure who the man was, perhaps even the new owner, but he came to our door with the warmest smile on his face. He went above and beyond hand delivering our drinks (even adding an extra jug of iced tea) to right a wrong. At the end of the day this is customer service done right.... And the food was delicious as always! Thank you!

We absolutely love Garofola’s! We are there every Thursday night with 8 other friends to enjoy each other, the food and music trivia with Joe Larson! We love the cuisine so much we sometimes frequent there twice a week. Good place and the new owners are just so friendly and genuinely seem to care about our patronage. Love Anna the waitress and the bartender too! Hard working gals.
