Great customer service from hostess waitress and manager however the cook refused to follow specific details on food. He under mind everybody instructions and did what he want it period, I hope the owner has a talk with him and about it. I hope he owner address directly and is place on his file.

The food is normally delicious. This particular day my home fries were overly cooked or burnt. On an average, I ordered (pick up) from Breakfastime twice a week. I never had any problems with my food in the past, so unfortunately I didn’t notice until arriving at work. Immediately after noticing I called, and the phone was given to the manager. Instead of writing my name down, the only option presented was to return that same day (before 3 PM closing time) for a remake. The manager proceeds to tell me how this is their policy, and then hung up while I was talking. When I called back, I then asked for the name of his manager, and the phone was handed right back to him. He had no problem with giving me his boss’s contact email because, per him, his boss (the owner Alex) never checks his email and is not going to respond. I really hate to agree, however he was correct. I emailed the owner Alex, and included the picture of my food on May 6, 2024 It is now August 25th, and Alex has never replied.

This is my first time here, I loved everything, the food, the waitress' service, the cleanliness of the place. Everything was great. I'll be back soon!!

Best place for breakfast in the Concord area I mean everything on the menu that we ordered was great , also the staff were very friendly and great to talk too place was a little busy but once you eat the food you will know why try you won’t be disappointed !

A very straightforward breakfast restaurant. Fast and good service, plus very reasonable prices. It does tend to get busy since it is such a popular place, so you might be waiting.
