Veggie Today - Concord

Friendly staff. Yummy food. We had the salt pepper shrimp so good. Potstickers and veggie rolls yummy. My husband and I love the pho. Love it all!! Asian fusion

I love that Concord has this place, but there's too much focus on fake meat and not enough on vegetables. Definitely a guilty pleasure, however!

Wow. Menu reads like a normal meat-eating place. But all the meat is vegan. My favorite is salt pepper shrimp. Crispy crust, delicious sauce. I found a source for their shrimp, now I want to learn how to duplicate their recipe. I hear the crust is flour potato starch.

I love veggie today for years and allow her to eat regularly. the curry soup is my favorite dish especially on the colder months
