The Hop Grenade Taproom Bottle Shop

I have come here since before the kovid and before it was a great service and now I come and the service is terrible. they treat you as if they are tired to work or as they do not want them to be there, they judge you and act a little racist. I've seen how many people came in and out because of the service.

The beer is great but the customer service is horrible. As you come in they don't even greet you or anything. They look at you from head to toe like your an alien and have an attitude.

Ok, this isn't your typical yelp review. My partner is a huge fan of this brewery. He's a Bay Area native and would rep a shirt from The Hop Grenade until it started getting holes and he eventually lost it. He was devastated. I guess the beer is that good? It's probably amazing. Anyway, I messaged the folks at The Hop Grenade asking to buy a new one (thinking I'd be SOL because he's had that shirt for years) and they hooked it up! I was able to purchase a new one, sans holes, and they shipped it to me next day! Anyway, I am writing this review to speak on the excellent customer relations and communication. Also, I'm sure the beer is epic too.

Amazing find! Great service and excellent tap list. If your looking for great beer and a nice atmosphere, definitely stop by.
