Ruby Tuesday - Concord

The administration of this place is absurd. I've been setting myself for 20 minutes and just placed a drink order that hasn't arrived yet. the host looks like someone from the street. he has a hat and tennis shoes on a gray sweat suite. at the moment there are literally 6 more customers. What is it? I would like to help them send my hospitality back to their management team.

Straight arrived bettraggled by cincinnati and we are excited to see a rubin dienstag restaurant. we were, we were warmly welcomed and sit samuel introduced and spent the next hours entertaining us and serving us. the fall menu including the salatable was especially excellent as the artichoke dip and the rib remover. my tilapia was darkened to perfection, and the ribeye of my wife was wounded. samuel had excellent recommendations on drinks and supplements and kept us entertaining. he's a real profi and we're happy to see him again. this restaurant is a real juwelvegetarian option: phenomenal salatable with a full of vegetables and fresh salads parking: plentiful

Between the amazing greeting of samuel at the front and the 5-star service of our waitress destiny, our experience was amazing! it is rare to find people who enjoy their jobs more, but their energy is contagious and refreshing! great work for the amazing staff! it was obvious that they love what they do, and it made us love the experience that much more! the food was fresh and the salatable was kept constantly!

They do not get the loaded cheese fries, they are with fake cheese that makes them unthinkable. I'm confused why there's shredded cheese and rough fake cheese?

Had the 12oz. Rib eye and baked potato . I guess the potato was not a Idaho potato lol. The Rib eye was ok. The restaurant was nice the salad bar was fresh and good.
