Papa Johns Pizza - Concord

I received my pizza warm and nicely cooked. I have no complaints; it was a great order from Papa John's.

Most bad franchise. I have ordered pizza from here 3 times in the last month and everytime the delivery time is estimated at 40 minutes and everytime it taken over 2 plus hours to actually deliver. never again.

I'm very disappointed. it took 1 hour for papa johns to deliver the most disgusting pizza of all time. I ordered an XL cheese, l pfefferoni and cheesestick. the cheese sticks were very dried and the cheese pizza looks a monster mask and tasted bad. I have always been a loyal customer of papa john’s, but that is absolutely unacceptable. I have the picture to prove it, but there is no way to insert it here.

Had only the worst papa johns pizza ever. the small size was tiny; I think it's getting smaller. the uncut pizza also lacked the garlic sauce and the pfefferminz. it was like a pita pizza. oh. and it was $21.00 before the tip! this is my last vater johns command.

I put an order online when I arrived my pizza, was done wrong, thank you I looked at it before I left). the manager said he would retreat and it would take about 7 minutes. I saw how it went straight to the dough and couldn't wash his hands. I asked him if they don't wear gloves and he said no, but we wash our hands. I'm so, but I just watched you and you didn't swear he did. I had also ordered wings and I asked if I could get more wings as I have to wait for another pizza to be made and my previous wings would be cold, he told me that they no longer have wings. what? then I watched how he touched the phone and went around and touched others dinge and just began to make other pizzas and brotsticks smh) that is crazy. I call on the company and the health inspector because this is not correct. people like that is why others get sick. he also told me that he had no company number and he was the manager, so I asked who his manager was and he said wilson I will call him too)
