Panera Bread - Concord

There was so much mac in my mac and cheese. There was so much crunch in my cinnamon crunch latte. There was so much swirl in my cinnamon swirl bagel. Panera is so much. This reminds me of Janet Jackson 's I miss you much song. Great song. I 'll leave you with this new Panera slogan I 've created: Eat Panera, or eat an Eggplant. Your choice.

HORRIBLE food. The soup tasted like dirty dish water. The chicken bowl did not have the ingredients from the menu and it tasted terrible. I through the entire meal away. Very sad loss of $25 for me. Will never order here again

Never a smooth experience here. Salads seem OK but often take longer than they should to prepare. Screens make ordering easy but this location struggles with getting the orders out.Near a middle and high school means it's busy between 245 and 330.

Great salads and stuff. This visit was challenging. No ice tea. They did not brew it and i had to get a refund. Restaurant was also somewhat dirty with napkins on the floor.

The reviews just for this location. I've been trying to get a hold of them since Monday parentheses today is Thursday) for a large order for a school in preparation for graduation. I cannot get anybody to pick up the phone. Also, while I've been on the phone and on hold so many times, the recording for Panera says they have enhanced cleaning in the dining area. This location does not follow it. It is dirty, filthy, and the tables are sticky every time I go in.
