Olive Garden Concord Concord

We decided to come here because it’s usually pretty good compared to the one in Salisbury. We sat down and our waiter came over and took our whole order at once. No problem. We were simple. 2 teas, 2 tour of Italy, and 2 soups. Our soup came out but no tea. We waited about 5 minutes and here comes our food. Still no tea. Our waiter finally remembered he forgot to get them. Our whole meal we only had one glass of tea. Didn’t offer a refill or one to go. We shouldn’t have paid for them honestly but by that point I was annoyed and just ready to go. The food was pretty good. I never had the lasagna before but I didn’t care for that much. I’m sure we will visit this location again but I hope the service will be better next time.

Excellent customer service with smiles on their faces . Good food My family and I love to eat at Olive Garden. It is our go-to spot. I do recommend this restaurant any day for a little family gathering.

Good food. Prices have really gone up! I understand if you have to charge more for main entrees, but $3.49 for a soft drink? Or, $9 for a piece of desert? That's overkill even with inflation.

Every time we're confused where to eat, this is the go to place. And Olive Garden always exceeded our expectations. This time we tried Custom Pasta with Mushroom Sauce and Grilled Shrimp, Chicken Marsala. And both the food items were delicious. This is a must try if you're looking for delicious food.

Good service, good tasted fresh and cooked well. Service was prompt and tentative. Recommended!
