As someone who is nearly 70 years old, I require assistance. It is disheartening to be treated this way. I feel unwelcome at Moe's.
If you have ever visited Moe's, you'll recognize its clean appearance and pleasant staff. The food is consistently fresh.
I ordered online on Moe Monday, an hour before they closed, and arrived to pick up my order at 8:40pm. The app would not accept the Moe Monday deal, even though it was listed as available and my order qualified for the discount. I had to remind the staff to give me the drinks that I had already paid for. The service was not great overall. When I got home and opened my to-go bag, I realized that I did not receive the two orders of queso (a cup and a side) that I had paid for. I tried calling the store before they closed, but no one answered the phone, even though I called twice. I used to enjoy dining at this Moe's, but the quality has steadily declined over the years.
Egypt and Marissa were the most magical and incredible employees. They were so kind, generous and created a such a beautiful order. She curated an idea and made it come to creation. These women are incredible and deserve EIGHT raises.
All of the pans of food in front looked crusty around the edges,, kinda like burnt to the side of container. My food looked crusty. And tasted crusty too. Apparently staff didn't show up so the manager and the prep guy were making food. They were doing the best they could. I will not be eating here again for a while.
