Lucille's Smokehouse B-que - Concord

We were here a few times and always had a good experience. Yesterday we had a phenomenal experience thanks to the great hostess who and us.

So we had a gift card to this BBQ spot. my review is based on eating because, although the service is important, they really eat for eating.

Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star, others I cannot post my assessment today, we called the order in and said they verified my hubby.

My friend invited me to eat with him. We were welcomed and brought to a clean stand. It was a Tuesday, so not crowded. The menu was easy to read with many good selections. The baby back straps were very fleshy and delicious (full rack only $4 more than 1/2 rack). After eating the biscuits w/ delicious butterbrei plus two sides BBQ beans and Cole Slaw, had many ribs to bring home. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Water comes in a very large glass so that refills are not necessary. My friend uses a gift card that creates a little confusion, but it was an excellent lunch at a reasonable / high price. Good atmosphere. Worth a visit!

I wasn't in the restaurant yet, but I had some technical difficulties submitting a reservation online, so I called the restaurant. An employee named Rose replied that she was very pleasant and immediately resolved my problem. When I wanted to hang up, I remembered that I had some questions about the restaurant and Rose didn't have the answers I was looking for, but she immediately went to a reliable source to find out for me and I really appreciate that Great Customer Service
