Krispy Kreme - Concord

I was disappointed to find out that the limited-time offer I had come specifically for was not available at the restaurant. Despite this, no apology was given. The donuts I received, aside from the original glazed warm donut, seemed stale. Additionally, my previous attempts to have donuts delivered from this location resulted in missing items from my order. I decided to visit in person this time, but unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing. This was my third strike with this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant was unfriendly and spoke unclearly. It was difficult to hear anything. The Hot N' Now donuts were disappointing, tasting like burnt oil with minimal icing. The glazed donuts were old and stale, with most of the icing ending up on the lid. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I visited the Drive Thru this morning and was assisted by a male staff member. I requested a pumpkin spice coffee with no sugar or cream, and made sure to confirm my order with him before paying. Despite this, I was given a Pumpkin Spice Latte instead. I informed him of the mistake, to which he simply apologized. When I hesitated to drive away, he mentioned that it was essentially the same thing, as he had added more creamer. However, it was not the same as it cost about $1 more and contained ingredients I did not want. He did not exchange my latte for the correct coffee and I did not receive a receipt with my order. I would not recommend this place if you expect your order to be prepared accurately.

When the doughnuts are hot and fresh, it is amazing, but it is getting hard to catch them when that hot now light is on. The last dozen I got were from off the rack and they were cold. The dozen I got the prior time were right off of the assembly line, and I ate 3 of them in the car before I got home.If the hot now light is on, it is definitely worth it. Not so much if the doughnuts are not fresh.

This is the worst KK I 've ever been too. The filled donuts are far from filled. Less than a teaspoon at most. I don 't know if it 's cutbacks or just laziness but it 's been happening for well over a year. I 've contacted corporate several times but it 's apparent they haven 't addressed the problem.
