Fusion Bistro - Concord

Service was on point food was great, except needed more meat with the ramen noodles. Otherwise I can taste the authentic Chinese Taiwanese flavors because I am from there. You need to know how the Taiwanese flavors are and is an acquired taste. Ppl, who do not taste the authentic seasons of Taiwan... they do not know what they are missing.

The waitstaff was incredibly attentive. I never had to ask for a refill or even signal for the server when I was ready to order. It seemed like they anticipated my needs without me even having to ask. The servers made sure I had everything I needed and ensured I was enjoying my dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal at a reasonable price.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious, but I felt that there could have been more meat with the ramen noodles. Taiwanese flavors have a unique and acquired taste that some may not appreciate if they have not tried authentic Taiwanese seasonings. Overall, the restaurant captured the essence of Taiwanese cuisine well.

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time and had a pleasant experience. The majority of the dishes are designed for sharing, making it a great spot for a family dinner. We ordered the garlic spare ribs and the crab rice, both of which were delicious. However, we were disappointed with the service. Despite it being early on a Saturday evening and the restaurant not being very busy, we had to flag down the waitress or a bus boy multiple times for assistance. No one checked in on us or offered us more drinks throughout our hour-long meal. The restaurant was also quite warm and stuffy, which was uncomfortable given the hot weather outside. Overall, we enjoyed the food and may consider returning in the future.

Man and I tried this place for the first time and had a pleasant experience. most dishes are family style, so this is a good place for family food. we have made the garlic retrievals and the crumbs. both were excellent. the service was disappointing. it was early on a Saturday night and there was only us and another table of two. the waitress was nice enough to explain how the menu worked for us, but we rarely saw them. I had to raise my hand to put her or a bus boy three times to service. No one ever came by and said how are you? or can I get you something? at any time for the hour we were there not more than three tables were ever filled, so it was definitiw not busy. it was also hot and stuffy at the place. on a 90-degree-concord day, they can think the air conditioning much earlier. overall: we enjoyed eating and planning to return at some point.
