Management and employees were so tasteless and rude. I know how it feels to work in almost food and customer service and I was so disappointed.

?Chef? manager obviously has a bad attitude and went back and forth about a bagel that was supposed to have EXTRA cream cheese and barely had any. fix your customer service skills.

The service is always fast and the Peach Passion Fruit refresher tasted really good.

I can’t recommend this location. It’s been a regular disappointment, and despite my frequent visits and endless patience, I’ve had enough. The lack of bacon on a $5 sandwich is frustrating, and the iced coffees are inconsistent. On top of that, I've been double charged multiple times. It’s time for me to look for a different location.

Ended up paying twice for a latte that I waited 10 mins for.. orders were backed up, when I said I paid already I simply got it 's not on the ticket reluctantly I agreed to pay for it as i was in a rush to work. When I got my food out the bag, guess what I found? The receipt which said I paid already...smh. original order was 211, got changed again on 225.
