Dunkin' - Concord

I highly recommend the Dunkin' Donuts on Loudon Road. The staff is amazing and takes the time to assist you with your order. If your order isn't right the first time (which is rare), they will gladly remake it. The food and coffee are incredible, and the service is outstanding—everyone feels like family. The atmosphere is wonderful and clean, and they even decorate for the holidays. Many people come here not just for coffee but also to have meals and hold gatherings! It can get a bit chaotic in the parking lot, but that's just a sign of their popularity. For the best service, I recommend the Dunkin' Donuts on Loudon Road in Concord, NH. Holly

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The customer service is terrible. I decided to stop by because the drive-up line was long, only to find out from a staff member that they were only serving drive-up and online orders due to having just two employees working that day. So, I went to the other Dunkin' Donuts on Loudon Road (located in the Shell Convenience Store), where they also had only two workers, but they still took my order at the counter. There’s a clear reason why the Dunkin' at 333 Loudon Road is always empty – it’s the poor customer service.

How can a restaurant run out of sesame bagels? They mentioned that they frequently run out. Perhaps they should consider preparing more of them.

Usaly a big drive through line in the morning, but I've always found it way faster just to park and go in. Clean fast and quick friendly service. Easy to get in and out of especially if heading from the heights down in to the Concord proper, or to 93
