Dunkin' - Concord

Egg wraps are ok for a quick breakfast bite. Always a good place to get sugary donuts and munchkin bites. The bagels are fairly decent. Not a New York City bagel but close.

First time going there even though I worked riding in TJ Maxx there what we going all the time even though their donuts are great but I'm a diabetic so that was just for a diabetics person outside to take

This location is a little understaffed, or it was when we were there. It seemed like all the attention was going to the drive thru customers. The line for inside was LITERALLY out the front door with only 3 people working the back. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand that it's hard to gauge your staff numbers for unknown business but that was the 3rd time we had that same scenario. Maybe they can have a 4th person for just a few of the peak hours in the AM. I actually decided NOT TO GO one day last week because I simply didn't have time to wait in line if there was one when I went. Service staff is polite and they try but it's simply too much for 3 people to keep up with.
