Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Concord

I ordered the Italian sausage sandwich with mushrooms, and it was enormous! I could only manage to eat half of it. However, I had to wait a bit since there were only two workers during the lunch rush. They really should hire more staff. The sandwich itself was quite tasty and served warm! I’m definitely planning to come back and try their turkey sandwich, which I've heard is made fresh every day.

As a former east coast it was nice to stumble on capriottis in the bay. I have a classic Italian as good as I remember.

I went to this sandwich shop for the first time on 8/26/21 and found the experience to be fantastic. they have many items to choose, including vegetarian combos, subs sandwiches, salate and five specials. my selection was the veggie turkey combination that was excellent-tasteful, big enough for two, a total joy. the shop has interior and exterior seats and the staff is friendly and very helpful. also, directly opposite the road is todos santos plaza. that's good to miss!

I absolutely love their sandwiches! For just $20, you can get a huge sandwich that can easily feed four people. If you haven't tried this place yet, I highly recommend it—especially their chicken sandwiches, which are all delicious!

This was my first time going to Capriotti's, I love a good meatball sandwich, so guess what I had? Yep... a meatball sandwich. They have three sizes, so I ordered the medium. I didn't get any drinks or chips, just the sandwich. The lady behind the counter was very nice and took my order promptly. The sandwich maker was hard at work on an order ahead of mine then got right to my sandwich. It came up quickly and she called my name and wished me a good day. I went to a small table located right outside the doors and took a seat. I unwrapped the sandwich and took my first bite. First of all, visually, it was fine. It could have used a little more color. Just a little basil would add so much not only visually but would add a bit more flavor as well. Now the sandwich itself was good but not outstanding. The meatballs were tender and tasted good. The sauce was good but again, it was just missing something. The sandwich was good. It's not a meatball sandwich I will probably return for though. But, I will return because the service was really good and I want to try some of the other options on the menu. I did give one extra star for the service.
