Buffalo Wild Wings - Concord

I only have dinner at this place and very nice atmosphere and my favorites parmesan garlauch wind delicious and I have a very nice waitress so that makes a difference when I visit new restaurants!

Quick stop for a bite to eat. Wasn't very busy for a Saturday night. Food came out exceptionally fast. Waitress was pleasant and did a thorough job checking back and providing information. Table wasn't the cleanest when we sat down. LOVE the mango habanero wings.

Busy place! I was seated right away. Outside dining available, they are heating the outside. Lots of flatscreen TVs, even outside. Wifi available. Facemasks required. You can take it off at your table. I had the street tacos and ten piece wings, Thai curry and Adobo flavors. You have to scan a square at the table to see the menu. My main server was very nice. She checked on me to see if everything was ok. The guy who bought my Tacos sort of did a drive by delivery. The restaurant has a sports bar atmosphere. It is loud. I liked the food and service. If you like this franchise, I recommend this establishment. More parking out back than the front.

Seating hostest gave an attitude when asked if I can have a booth in an otherwise empty restaurant. Waitress was informed by me that I couldn 't hear her n i had hearing loss 4 f 'n times n still refused to pull down her mask citing b.s. policy (half the staff aren 't even wearing masks at all ! . Despite being the first person to order, took em waaaay to long.... don 't know what 's going on back there in the kitchen. This location does not automatically provide celery and/or carrots with wing orders. Wings were good though. Expensive but good.

I visited this location on June 2nd for the 1st time. I ordered 20 boneless Buffalo wings and received an additional 20 at no cost because of their promotion on Thursdays where you buy one and get another for free. I told them I wanted 10 garlic Parmigian while the other 30 should be original Buffalo sauce. I specifically asked for extra sauce so that the wings were wet and juicy. I didn't received extra sauce or any sauce for that matter. It tasted like they used a dry rub instead of tossing in Buffalo sauce. The macaroni and cheese was dried out too. I called and got a simple apology and wad told ny manager Lulu that she would tell her hosts to explain to customers that the sauce is tossed in butter so they would need to order extra sauce on the side. I was very disappointed to have spent over $35 for an order that I didn't enjoy. Staff was nice and super friendly, but I most likely will not return to this location.
