Arby's - Concord

I will say that I 've been many places in the states and the person on drive through at 2:20pm Tues (today) was wonderful customer service. Came back to prompt us on the fries taking a bit longer since I requested the sweet potato fries. She also kept this phrase I 'm going to personally pick up myself from customer service, happy to help! . It 's wonderful and she should keep it. I don 't often write good reviews, but this one, I had to take my time and write one for. She even just came back while I was typing to apologize again. Keep it up girl! We appreciate your excellent service!!

It?s fast food. It?s not going to be good, but it?ll be quick. It wasn?t bad and the place was pretty clean. Staff was helpful and the food was ready right away. I was surprised to see a framed copy of the ?Ten Commandments? on the wall by the register with everyone working hard on a Sunday afternoon. Funny. Also, Horsey Sauce!

The staff at this restaurant are incredible—extremely friendly, and the food is consistently fresh. It’s definitely my favorite spot!

We waited 40 minutes in line, and the food was not at all acceptable. Having worked in the food industry myself, I recognize the challenges that can arise behind the scenes, but this experience was simply unacceptable. The management clearly needs to make some improvements. I'm really disappointed.

I'll give them a score of three. My food wasn't hot when it arrived. There weren't many customers around, yet the service was still slow. It seems that I can't click the link below.
