Tim Hortons - Concord

I had the worst experience at this place. The staff was extremely rude and refused to correct my order. I was yelled at for no reason, which was very frustrating. I do not recommend visiting this Tim Hortons.

The smell in the restaurant is overwhelming, like burnt oil. After just 15 minutes, my clothes and hair absorbed the unpleasant odor. The tables were also dirty. I won’t be returning.

I kindly request that you repair your grill machine, as it has been out of order for more than two weeks. Also, please remember to include sauce in the dishes. Thank you!

This specific tim hortons Always gets a minimum of one item totally wrong every single time I've stopped by. The wait time is crazy as well, sometimes it is a customer holding the line up, but it's also obvious when staff are actually the issue. The least I would expect is if the service takes so long, the order should at least be correct. I normally avoid this location at this point.

Went there in the evening.. The service was really good. Staff was helpful.
