McDonald's - Concord

Ordered an angus burger comboAsked to remove the cheese_- Arrive home, guess what's on the burger cheese.

Not sure why anyone would come on yelp to find a review for a McDonald's.they're all the same ../ but ok.

I have never had any problems at this restaurant. The service is always courteous and food fresh or made to order. The drive through crew are great. Many thanks to Jose and Faith for providing excellent service and showing that fast food is fast.

I made the same mistake multiple times of going through the drive-thru to oder something simple like a coffee (which is better than Tim Horton's) and spend from 20 to 25 minutes on the drive-thru. That's ridiculous. This McDonald's can't get its act together. They know they are busy and inundated and they don't pre-prepare their orders until they are ordered? They have the historial math, they know that big macs, kids meals and fries will be ordered by the 20 cars in the drive-thru why don't they pre-make their burgers so people don't have to wait this long? Sometimes I pull up to the window only to wait for my fries. really? They don't think the long line of cars are not going to order fries?Also don't think you are going to avoid this long wait by going there at 11:00pm, at that time the drive-thru is also packed and there's a long wait to get your food. I just jump the curve in the line and get myself a chicken teriyaki from the japanese food chain right besides it.
