McDonald's - Concord

Mcdonald’s app offers 5.75 breakfast deal. invite them the debt app. manager angie says they can't do anything. when they tell me a load franchise, the size of mcdonald’s has not the ability to honour their offers at the level of store performance, I am shocked. No...by driving button for such a problem. wow mcdonald is your real disappointment. we are all without, because their systems do not work. I guess all food stores should not honor their weekly flyers, either....get it found out people.

I worked in this area for two months and it took exactly 20 minutes each morning to get 3 coffees and anyone working there can not smile or see them happy! I'll never be sham to them again!

This restaurant is located near Jane and Steele, so you may encounter some unusual people in the area. However, the staff are always friendly and I've never had any issues with them. Unfortunately, there are some questionable individuals in the Jane and Steele neighborhood. I witnessed a woman yelling at the waitress because she received the wrong order. Overall, it's a good place, but be prepared for the occasional encounter with strange characters due to the location.

I have never had any issues at this restaurant. The service is always courteous and the food is either fresh or made to order. The staff is wonderful to interact with. Many thanks to Jose and Faith for their excellent service and for proving that fast service can still be top-notch.

I have made the same mistake multiple times of using the drive-thru to order something simple like a coffee (which is better than Tim Horton's) and ended up spending 20 to 25 minutes in the drive-thru. This McDonald's really needs to improve their efficiency. It seems like they are aware of how busy they are, yet they don't pre-prepare their orders until they are placed. With the amount of traffic they get, they should anticipate that items like Big Macs, kids meals, and fries will be popular choices. Why don't they pre-make their burgers to reduce the wait time for customers? I have even had to wait for my fries at the window, which is simply ridiculous. It's frustrating that the long line of cars doesn't seem to deter them from being unprepared. And don't think you can avoid the long wait by going late at night; the drive-thru is just as busy at 11:00pm. I have found it more convenient to just skip the line and grab a chicken teriyaki from the Japanese restaurant next door.
