Boston Pizza - Concord

Hopefully someone sees this at upper management.Over the last 2 years since going back to restaurants its has always been a bad experience whether it was the food or service .Elsa at Vaughn Mills mall had the impossible task of serving 13 people including 6 overly energetic children.She was on point with every little thing we asked for and was actually not annoyed to get what we requested.She was a true professional at what she does and brought back faith in eating out.Sitting at a Boston Pizza as I write this.

Our Soccer Team had the opportunity to enjoy a meal together before moving into the holidays schedule. We all had a lovely dinner at Rutherford location. We were quite a large group and waited sometime for our meals, the service staff served the players first and then moved onto the adults. Although we waited, we were in good company and the wait time passed. Our lead server Elsa was fantastic, organized and managed our large group effortlessly. She didn't miss a thing. Thank you Elsa and Daniella for checking in and ensuring we were well taken care of.

We came in with large group and Elsa was our server. She did an amazing job especially lots of kids. She made kid-friendliness! Food was great! The whole experience was great!

Came here at 10pm on a Wednesday night and waited about 5 minutes in the front before someone came to greet and seat us.We placed our order right away, but waited about 15 minutes before getting my main drink (water was brought out sooner).We had a pepperoni pizza, which was just okay. The crust is not that tasty, in my opinion.Our server was friendly. The prices here are reasonable. I would come back one day to try other menu items.
