Balzac's Vaughan Metropolitan Centre

Really enjoyed my espresso and chocolate cookie. They both tasted amazing and the staff were very friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!

Found this place near our hotel, after checking them out online made it a point to stop by. I was not disappointed! I wish I lived near by so I could make it my regular stop for coffee! I got my normal iced caramel latte , my son got and iced vanilla latte and my Mother in law got asked for something hot and chocolate.. I missed what the gal said but my Mother in law loved it! (I think it was the Mocha, but not sure)Hoping to get back one more time before we leave town.The fresh baked items were low by the time we got there, but what was still there looked fantastic, maybe next time!There 's some parking out front, my hubby waited in the car for us. We were in and out pretty fast, it was busy but not crowded (around 4pm)

The interior is nice but the staff is rude. I asked for cinnamon syrup and it didn't taste properly, I asked them to change after one sip and they didn't. My low rating isn't about not changing my coffee, I understand if they can't even though I believe most places would), but the way the staff member said no was very rude.

The best coffee before taking the subway. (Vaughan station). Golden latte uffff on point. And I bought different teas the boxes. The hibiscus and the ginger tea is very very recommended. Amazing staff, always very kind and with a big smile. Thanks guys for start the mornings with me.

I come here every single day to take a break from work or to just chill with my girlfriend and this place has become my number one coffee place in Canada!Amazing coffee, lovely staff and an incredible atmosphere! Love everything about this place
