We love sushi, and we know to expect all-you-can-eat to be good but not great in terms of quality. So. if you are looking for a lot of variety (168 dishes) and quick service and are okay with good-but-not-great sushi then 168 Sushi is a good call (albeit a bit pricey at $32ish per person for dinner.) The food came out fresh/hot, the range of choices was really good. The Shrimp Basil was particularly good, and the salmon sashimi was nice (not great, but good.) The maki had too much rice, and the hand rolls were mostly rice. I'd go here again if someone in our group really wanted to go. but there are other regular and all-you-can-eat sushi options that I strongly prefer over 168 Sushi.

We went there for the AYCE sushi. The sushi rolls and other dishes from the menu are really mediocre: blend, and absolutely no flavours. The waiters do not greet you, they just put the dishes in front of you and that's it. Service however is quick. The dessert buffet is very average, nothing homemade or whatsoever. To sum up my experience, it is very expensive for what it is. There are cheaper options for a better food quality.
