Cafe de L Atlantic - Concarneau

Come and open them later to lunch. various menus, with decent courses. tasty French pommes and nice. smiling staff. terrace and rooms.

After some unsatisfactory restaurant experiences in concarneau we discovered this little gem last Friday. a family-run hotel, we were welcomed and served by françois, who was friendly, friendly and professional. we enjoyed a very good, inexpensive, set menu with interesting and innovative choices. for fish and meat lovers; a special mention must be made to their beautiful “Frites maison”, which are increasingly difficult to find. In addition to our two-course menu, we decided to have a “Café-Gourmand” from the à la carte menu, which was a delicious “Voices” selection of three desolate served with a good cup of coffee. all in all, a very pleasant experience, and we cannot wait back. bravo!

We were here for a beer late afternoon and asked if we could eat something, but the answer was that they did not eat after lunch. disappointment, so we had to go somewhere else, but the beer was...fine and the environment ok, with a good atmosphere.

This is a café/brassiere at the end of the promenade at Concarneau. We noticed it was extremely busy during the daytime so decided to have our last night 's dinner there. Started to order from the menu displayed on the wall to discover that in the...evenings it was 'snacking ' only. Don 't know quite what that consisted of, I did see someone with bread and cheese. The owner must have recognised our disappointment and offered us a quiche with salad which we accepted. Two quiche with salad, one dessert, coffee and tea, two drinks and the total came to £23.04 a bargain. The owner and his wife speak good English and we had an amusing evening with them I was asked what Chantilly cream was in English and I told him we just called it Chantilly cream! Whenever in Concarneau this red painted bar/café/bistro is an absolute must.

Very good brewery, super nice staff and original dishes.be good report quality price. with in addition a super frame with view of the port and the close city of concarneau.
