Contribuiți la feedbackI was brought here by some colleagues and I really spent a beautiful evening in a very comfortable and cozy environment eating some excellent local food and drinking some very Good Colli Euganei wine. Extremely recommended.
You'd never think you could possibly find such a wonderful trattoria on a side road going to nowhere in particular, but that's Italy for you, and it's certainly worth a detour. Al Portico is a Slow Food restaurant in a tiny village. (If you go there on a Thursday you could combine it with a visit to the Villa Widman at nearby Bagnolo di Sopra and do a spot of wine tasting with a visit to their organic vineyards. The interior has been tastefully restored, and the service is helpful and efficient, which it needs to be, because there's no menu and you have to listen to, and remember, all the various delights on offer. It's mainly a meat menu, offering for example a very good wild boar sauce on various pastas.Local families regularly eat here, and very few tourists ever find it!
Elegant and welcoming environment, amazing cuisine and use of exceptional raw materials, coming from a short supply chain. Cantina provided and treated, thermocontrolled. Slow Food Presidio, you are also discovering valuable gourmet pizzeria. When I want to satisfy the palate, I do not run along many km, to reach the local. I recommend it.
Always a certainty, as a refresher closed on Monday I have to thank that they are open; the balanced and delicate flavors that never tire in all courses. Then in the end you can not miss the pizza in the Top shovel
A beautiful trattoria with many seats, educated and competent staff, excellent menu with a lot of dishes and prices for the excellent quality of the products
