Brot was not fresh I didn't notice until I was home. he thought I wanted it roasted that he didn't just ask him in the toaster oven right away. I told him no as soon as I noticed he was doing this, so I guess that's what they used the older brot for. I wasn't happy with my command. this is closer to my house, but will go to another one next time

Needed catering and the manager henry helped me with my order. he was patient and offered suggestions to minimize costs. sandwiches were good and filling that he didn't jump on ingredients. the job was ready when he was needed and gave me his personal number if I had to ask.

This was great to place a subway in this neighborhood. The place is clean and offers a good service.

This is one of my favorite underground shops. The staff is always pleasant and not afraid to make suggestions. Store is always clean and not only get service with a smile, its fast too. I didn't have five stars because the dining area is really small and can sometimes challenge a parking lot.
