Sanka Tei - Commerce Township

Sanka Tei is an amazing spot for sushi and rolls. The chef, Mr. Choi, is incredibly skilled at making sushi! I especially love his sashimi and sushi. He’s also very talented when it comes to plating, which is a nice touch! I also tried the Korean-style hot noodle soup called Kalguksoo, and it was surprisingly delicious! I will definitely be coming back!

This is a charming family-run restaurant in the neighborhood, owned by a Japanese couple. The food is both tasty and satisfying, with prices that are reasonable. The portion sizes are generous. While the service is friendly, it can be a bit slow during lunchtime. Additionally, the cleanliness of the table surfaces could use some attention. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit!

Excellent food at reasonable prices. I've always left satisfied and never hungry. It's definitely a fantastic place to dine. Just a heads-up: if you're in a rush, keep in mind that everything is made fresh to order—this is definitely not fast food! I experienced a 10-minute wait, but I was aware of that ahead of time and had no problem waiting. Whether you call ahead or order on the spot, the food is always top-notch.

Shawn was very friendly and made a wonderful sushi roll lunch special. The price was great for lunch.

I stopped in today for the first time. Owner was super friendly and helpful. I ordered a large party plate for the family and we absolutely loved it! Reasonably priced and sushi was great!
