Panda Express - Commerce City

They keep getting bad reviews for a reason, bad service and unsanitary. Sucks because I liked the food but the lady ignores people and is rude and they don’t know how to handle food properly.

Generally staff are very welcoming. All shout at once welcoming you to the store as soon as you enter. Food quality is good as usual. The reason I am giving a one-star review is I have been cut in the line by a Panda Express staff. I was getting served in the line by the store manager (could see her name tag) and then another panda express staff came in between and start taking the 2nd in line person's order. Her manager explained to her thatbI was being served and she need to wait but she argued with her and kept cutting me off. That's an unexpected level of service. It was a minimum courtesy to follow the queue and it was outragous not to follow it even after her manager requested. Happened between 2:40pm 2:45pm same day of this review. I've utilized this location a number of times. The staff is always friendly and keeping things moving though they do get overwhelmed at times, not their fault. The food here is almost always very fresh and they donangreat job keeping the interior clean. The only complaint I have is that the drive-thru lane is rather short and can extend out to the street. This is a good, safe location with ok amount of parking for eat in.Parking: Only about 15 close spotsWheelchair accessibility: Easy access

I usually have pretty high standards for Panda Express. You'd think being out here in Ritzy Reuinion it'd be top notch but it was really over priced lackluster. 11 shrimp, 3 crab cheese wontons, chow mein and a drink for 17 bucks. I actually watched the server take out a piece of shrimp when she was filling the container... The shrimp were soggy and not crisp as advertised, the wontons were bland and had little to no flavor at all. The chow/lo mein was alright. Customer service was non existant Support your local businesses folks. Won't be back.

Everytime I eat here o get great service and their food is always fresh. Only issue I have is they never give me the chop sticks I ask for.
