It was busy during lunchtime, but the staff managed everything remarkably well, and the wait for a table was relatively short. The service was quick, with our food brought directly to our table. The classic cheeseburgers at Whataburger are amazing; I could easily eat them every day of the week. However, I wasn’t too keen on the unusual onion rings, so I think I’ll stick with French fries next time. Overall, the burgers were exceptional, and the customer service was excellent. Welcome to Colorado, Whataburger! Now, let’s tidy up that parking lot, shall we?
Update as of April 10, 2022: Sadly, the quality of the food keeps deteriorating. Although the staff is friendly, they appear to be lacking proper guidance. Michael, the manager who took my order, was quite apologetic about the long wait, which was largely due to problems with their register and a limited menu. Regrettably, I can only give this place 3 stars because of the ongoing decline in both food and service. I'm still holding out hope for some improvements at Whataburger in the Springs.
When will Whataburger be opening in Colorado Springs? And what are the plans for its arrival in Denver?
And to anyone who shares my passion for Whataburger and would like to take me there for a weekly date, I’m all in! You've found your ideal partner!
I’ve only been to Whataburger once, and I don’t intend to go back. I had a burger that reminded me of a Whopper, but it was $12, and that was a decade ago. I can easily make a far better burger at home now for half the cost.
