Probably had the best customer service ever in the last 5 years by a wonderful gal named Madeline. So, so pleasant. Very patient with us as it was our first time for this combination restaurant. We only ate from the Famous Dave's side of the menu and would have loved to eat a steak, but a little too pricey for us. I had a hamburger while hubby had a BBQ combo plater. One recommendation I have on the hamburger would be to use a slightly larger bun. When pressed the toppings and sauces just squeezed out the sides. It was a little messy to say the least. However, I did enjoy the taste, fries, and wonderful cool salad! Madeline, once again, thank you for being you! More employees need to be trained by you! Thank you for our first timer gift. Two menus to choice from, Texas T-Bone or Dave's Bar-B-Que. Steak was tender. A lot of staff. No wait time. Delicious bread pudding.

This was our first time at the restaurant and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was great and good price. We will be returning very soon.

Almost always a group of very loud people wherever you go, so not unexpected. Everything else was amazing!
