Contribuiți la feedbackCame over an hour for a keto bowl only to receive hamburger onions sauce on the meat lover. No cheese no pepperoni no sausage no ham. Super disappointing from the tejon location especially for how much these go for and the long drive to get there.
My wife placed an order on line for a pizza and a Pizzoli, the pizza was supposed to be a light crust with light bacon, light ham, no onions, no green peppers, add black olives. We received a thick crust with mushrooms, onions and green peppers only. When my wife called to let them know that we did not get what we had ordered she was told that they could refund the purchase, my wife asked if we could get a replacement pizza because that was our dinner, the girl said that would take over an hour and hung up. My wife tried to call back 4 times and kept getting hung up on so she called back using my phone and a different girl answered. My wife explained what happened with the first girl and was told that they don't tolerate people cussing at the employees. I heard the entire conversation and not once did my wife cuss or even raise her voice.
We used to order from this Marcos every week. Approximately two months ago there was a significant decline in service. Specifically, orders starting taking several hours that used to take less than an hour. Most recently, we placed an order at 5:19. There was an email at 5:32 that they wear constructing the pizza and it was going into the oven at 5:36. At 7pm we called to cancel but were placed on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on us. We recalled at got in our vehicle to drive to Marcos. While still on hold we talked to the associate at Marcos and explained that we were still on hold for the second time and no one had answered. He simply said so? . We asked for a refund and he claimed it had already been processed without asking our name. After confirming out name they were unable to confirm our cancelation. We contacted the BBB for further resolution and will not do business with this location again. It 's unfortunate that this location has experienced such decline, we enjoyed patronizing them for many months but at this point there they are not trustworthy.
Ordered at 5:38, said it would be here by 6:08, arrived at 6:47. The only thing nice about this transaction was the delivery driver. They have an online tracker that doesn’t work so I called the store to get an update on my order at 6:30. I received an answer asking if I could hold and then proceeded to sit on hold until my order showed up at 6:47. Dog water service at best. Then, my pizza was wrong when I finally received it and I got none of the garlic dipping sauces I ordered. The pizza was warm-ish at least tho so there’s a little light at the end of this tunnel. This location is doin too much bruh. Too much or not enough idk which.
The service has gotten consistently worse. Instead of informing me that they were out of wings, they simply SWITCHED my order without telling me to the one thing I detest on their menu. When I called in about the incorrect delivery, I was informed that they were too busy to call me and ask if I'd like something else.
