Overall a very great experience! ?Food was delicious! Service was amazing and quick!

Both my daughter and I had horrible experience. She ordered smothered burrito and I had the Chile Colorado/Chile relleno/ green chile plate. They were so covered in grease that neither of us could enjoy or even proceed to eat it. Our plates were barley touched. Talked to the waitress about the situation showed her that our plates were halfway full of grease and she said all she could do was $10 off. So at the end I payed $35 for two cokes. Horrible experience.

Food quality has declined. Rellenos are now awful. Cheese inside was packaged, shredded cheese and NOT melted.Food was crusted on table.Tortilla chips had dried salsa on them. Were they from someone elses table? ?Server wore perfume and sprayed cleaner that trained the atmosphere.?Both interior and exterior are in disrepair. Looks dumpy.

Water was leaking everywhere from the roof. The entire restaurant smelled like sewage due to backed up drains. My family and I discovered too late that we had been seated around a pool of standing water, when we picked up our wet things from the floor. There was a time that this was a nice restaurant, but that time is long past. The building needs to be shut down for repairs and renovations. The food is ok, but the prices are sky high. I will not be returning.

Arceo's is as authentic as it gets, north of the border. Large, expansive menu with a wide variety of genuine Mexican favorites, meats, vegetarian, and seafood. The service is always friendly as well.
