For some unusual reason, there are six sushi restaurants along Jericho Turnpike between Elwood Road and Commack Road. This might be a record for sushi per capita! Thankfully, they are all decent choices. We visited one of them on a weekday evening, so half of the hibachi area was empty, allowing us to escape the typical noise and endless birthday celebrations. The sushi was good.

It's quite strange to see six sushi restaurants along or near Jericho Turnpike between Elwood Road and Commack Road—this must be a record for the area! Thankfully, they are all pretty decent.
