Bagel Chalet - Commack

Visiting Long Island from Florida with my girlfriend. She took me to my first deli. DUDE? IT?S SO GOOD!! SO WORTH THE WAIT. The line was seriously 40+ people but we waited and it was super worth it. Super friendly staff too taking the orders. 10 out of 5 stars

This is by far the most incredible bagel place I?ve ever been to. I moved out of smithtown recently and didn?t get the opportunity to order every weekend for delivery anymore ! I finally came back to visit family had to stop by . If you?re looking for a clean delicious bagel place to eat at , this is the place ! The staff has the rush down pat with a flawless system to have orders out efficiently . I wish I could give this place 10 stars ! Well done guys

Honestly one of the best bagel stores on Long Island. Super friendly staff, Adam helped us out today and everything tasted amazing! Hard to find bagel stores like this nowadays, bravo!

3 strikes you are out!!!! I went for my last time to BAGEL CHALET, it was empty so that was nice. All I get is 1 scrambled egg with extra bacon. The cashier was told 4x to make sure I was charged for the extra bacon. I paid $16 and change for that sandwich and a large ice tea. Not only was there NO BACON, but the sandwich was inedible. Who checks their egg sandwich, nobody!!! Believe me this is not only my last time going there but I will make sure to take my family'sbusiness, especially all the catering that we do, to a place that cares and gets the orders right before you are charged. SHAME on you guys.

Normally a good experience at bagel Chalet but on two occasions now what I ordered is not what I received. Judging by the reviews this seems to be common. It does not encourage me to come back anymore. I very clearly gave my order for a hero. I asked for extra cheese and mayo on the side. What I received was one slice of cheese and the sandwhich drenched in mayo with a cup of mayo on the side. What sense does this make? Also my food was served on a dirty tray. Classy. The sandwhich was so unenjoyable that I tossed it. I know the order was taken correctly because I saw the paper it was written on. I was even charged extra for the extra cheese.
