El Fogon de Comala

El fogon is a great small place to breakfast or lunch. handmade tortillas, good service, beautiful view of bird staining! the coffee could be better, especially as this area is known for its coffee. on the road in the direction searchitlan it is very easy to find and a good breakfast break.

The restaurant is drawn from the city. the food was so good, beautiful coffee, well cooked eating in the open kitchen made. from the city, now on the road to north.

We loved our entire experience in this restaurant. the entrance is very inconvenient - it seems as if it were just a small hole-in-the-wall meal. as soon as they enter the teeny kitchen and pass (they can really say it is a family operation! , you walk...down in a beautiful terrace surrounded by trees and with views of a small river. iguanas scattered over the dach and it was perfectly shaded - so wonderfully idyllic! Not only that, but eating was stellar! we tried their speciality, which was almost like a Mexican pizza (equivalent with their choice of the beats with a delicious salsa). they also had large fruit juices and the waitress was very friendly. I recommend it very much!

I lived in comala for a year, and el fogon was my favorite place to eat. I actually just found a handwritten recipe for the best tatemado in colima given to me by the owner. I recommend eating and the terrace with a view of the. fits on the stages! a cup of caffes de olla, tatemado, one of the huge breakfast cooked in a comal, the ceramic cookware comala is named. fresh orange or mango juice. everything is delicious, and people couldn't be nicer. xx

La comida es buena y los precios bastante accesibles. Fue una sorpresa entrar al lugar y descubrir que bajando unas escaleras, en una especie de barranca pequeña, estaban los comensales en una pequeña terraza en medio de una gran cantidad de plantas y naturaleza. Escuchábamos el sonido del arroyo.
