Bagno Medusa - COMACCHIO

We went to lunch (work not and our first time at Medusa. Trattoria to good, inside very spartan. Eating two appetizers, one of marinated anchovies and one of smoked swordfish, my husband has chosen a first of spaghetti to the clams without a second, I a ton of 2 etti. A quarter of sparkling wine and a water. Unfortunately we paid €60 (at lunch! I couldn't get to that price. Unfortunately without receipt had not to compare how they arrived at that price. We're not going, too expensive.

Restaurant of a seaside resort with large parking. I'm waiting very, very resigned. Welcome and service at the table very kind, warm, friendly, helpful, friendly. We had lunch outside on small plastic table, fitted with paper table, metal cutlery in a pizza style paper bag. Unique glass for water and wine. We ate the calamarata (very good), cream and salmon pens, prepared with smoked salmon too tasty, mixed fish fried (calamari and shrimp) not very abundant despite we took a portion and a half, good. Very abundant salad. White wine, enough. Clean. The account (painting note) we spent 40 € per head, in my opinion absolutely not justified by the class of the room, from the service (gentilissimo, but rustic familiar), from the equipment of the tables, from the quantity and quality of the food, from the fact that we were on a Sunday of October, then off season. Too bad. I think I'm not coming back.

I stayed on the weekend at a hotel in Lido degli Estensi with this place. Therefore, having umbrellas and sunbed included in the hotel reservation, I decided to take advantage of it. The restaurant staff connected to the establishment is very friendly, at hand. Food is good and prices on average.

Don't be fooled by appearances. Compared to other bathrooms much more equipped with many attractions and ultramodern facilities, this is the ideal bathroom for those seeking tranquility. Not to mention the culinary aspect, even in this case few dishes but good. If you want fresh fish, book a grill, pleasantly surprised.
