Wendy's - Columbus

I usually enjoy the food at Wendy's, and this time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, which was quite tasty. However, the lettuce was wilted, and I really prefer the crunch of fresh lettuce. Generally, my experiences there are positive, so I was a bit disappointed this time around.

The service was fairly quick, and the burger was tasty; however, the fries were overcooked and mostly consisted of small, sharp pieces. Next time, I think I'll skip the fries and opt for a frosty instead.

The performance was standard and acceptable. The staffing was limited to the drive-thru, but there was no sign indicating whether the dining room was open at any given time. The Wi-Fi was not very strong while using the drive-thru, which can be a problem for those with limited cell phone data service. However, this issue is common at many Wendy's locations.
