Wendy's - Columbus

Not the biggest location, auto thru is always slow and wrapped around the building, not clean, not fast, not friendly. food: 3/5

That was delicious. the fries were hot and the burger was only to wish to mine. I'll be back soon. Thanks again.

Out of all the Wendy's close to me in Columbus, this is my favorite! Every worker I have experienced has been great! They all have great personalities and produce good moods. My order is always correct and I'm not sitting in the drive thru for half an hour waiting. It's always quick and convenient for me at this location!

They need to hand the customer the receipt, some of us have to use our receipts for work.. They should not put it under our food or on top of it, or any other paper( Wendy's advertisement, hand it to us) The potatoes were lacking, could of been better.. the bathrooms need toilet paper..

I don 't go to this wendys very often but it was the nearest one to me at the time. I went there about 7 o 'clock on Monday, August 29th, 2022. I ordered some food and tried to order the frostyccino but they didn 't have it so I thought no big deal, I just got a coffee and a frosty, and decided to mix it together myself in a cup when I got home. Maybe it was a fluke or a one time deal, but regardless, it was gross. I took a drink and felt something in my mouth. I thought, probably just some coffee grounds or something, I 'll just spit it out. I spat and looked and it was a fly that had been in my drink! I called the store and the lady who answered the phone was very professional. She apologized and offered to owe me one next time I came. I think I 'm not going to take the risk and ever go back.
