Wendy's - Columbus

I love the 5 for $5 deal! The chicken is so delicious, and the nuggets and fries are great, along with the peach tea. I also enjoy the salad, baked potato, and chili, and I can't forget about the Dave's Single. I have to admit, I miss the Carolina Classic. And of course, the Frosty is amazing! I remember a few years ago there was an all-you-can-eat bar, right? Oh, and they even gave me extra honey mustard for my fries—so fun!

The girl at the takeout window made us wait an unnecessarily long time to place our order without any explanation. When my wife finally tried to order, the employee snapped at her. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

Wow! The woman taking orders seemed to have missed out on charm school. We decided to leave right away and head to the Mexican restaurant across the street instead. We're so glad we did! Skip the typical options available everywhere and head to Cocula for fantastic service and delicious food! Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

McDonald's service has got so poor, so we chose Wendy's. Drive thru was backed up so we opted to go in. There were families at three tables and a couple in front of us. Only one girl working the counter, but she was nice. As we waited(and the couple in front of us) for our food, the ones prepared the food were laughing, talking, filling orders that came in way AFTER us, and the girl running the register kept asking for the order that was NEXT on the monitor. The preparation girl got ugly with her, the manager seemed to be in favor or the preparation girl, and it was a MESS! 22 minutes later we got our food, but the elderly couple in front of us were STILL waiting! We left with our food, the bacon double stack in the biggie 5 had NO bacon, and my ghost pepper chicken sandwich wasn't fully cooked ; I had appointment in Hendersonville so I didn't have time to go back to complain. I'm not sure what is going on with our fast food places in Columbus, but I have chosen to drive elsewhere,grab a sub from Food Lion, or just wait till I get home from now on.
