I wish they had enough staff to be more efficient, but the restaurant was clean and the donuts were delicious! They were soft, fresh, and perfectly filled and topped. I had concerns about the location, but I was very pleased with the quality. However, the parking lot is in terrible condition, with more holes than donut holes in the store.

The staff at this restaurant is unprofessional and rude. I waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me over the loudspeaker. When I finally said hello, the teenager at the headset panicked and rudely stated they were understaffed and would be with me shortly. When I mentioned I was unaware of the situation and simply waited, she became confrontational and threatened me. The service here is extremely unprofessional and they consistently get orders wrong. I don't know why I continue to hope for improvement, as I am always left disappointed.

This restaurant is truly awful, and I mean truly awful. They never have anything available on their menu. It doesn't matter if you go for breakfast or lunch. The wait times in the drive-thru are ridiculously long. They make you wait until you are about to leave before taking your order, and even then, they still manage to mess it up. I'm not even sure how this place is still in business.

This place is müll and filled with ghetto, which cannot do its work properly. not only that, but they are also rude on the loudspeaker. I never come to this place again.

Big dark brat black ordered. I was on the street and wanted to drink. they added sugar and saw. sweet. I dug out the whole thing.
