Tim Hortons - Columbus

I placed an online pick up order at the drive thru. When I got to the window this guy told me I had to go back to the speaker and say I have an order pick up. As Irritating as it was I did it and have the order number. When I got to the window the guy said what’s the name ? This was complete waste of my time! I will not be going back this is NOT how you treat customers.

So, you want to charge me .69 for a cup of water, but you won't fill my tumbler to save yourself .69? I have a wrist injury and was wearing a brace on my wrist. I asked them to just fill my tumbler. Can't do it....covid rules. I proceeded to spill the coffee all over myself and the counter. Thanks. Also, unlock both your doors, please. Snowing and blowing and I had walked over for this treat only to be met with a locked front door. Not welcoming at all. Bathroom pretty naaty as well. I hadn't been to a Tim Hortons since my last trip to Canada. What a disappointment.

How is it that this location is literally ALWAYS out of hashbrowns and tidbits? Especially when they just opened. There's definitely something wrong with that.

The lady in the drive thru with the green on the side of her glasses has such a great attitude!! very friendly and welcoming! we need more of her in this world ?

Why have hashbrowns on the menu if you don't serve them to all of your customers? I ordered them yesterday at 11 am and was told they are out. A friend went there 10 minutes later and they magically had them. Imagine that.
