Taco Bell - Columbus

We visited this evening, and the food was excellent. Everything I ordered was hot and fresh. The lady at the drive-thru was very professional and kindly double-checked our order, which was quite a large bag of food. It was truly Taco Bell at its finest.

The food was excellent. The meat was served hot, while the lettuce and cheese were nice and cold. The service was fantastic!

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! I typically order two chicken chalupas and a hard taco, along with a tea. Everything was delicious, and I was pleased with how quickly I received my food. The staff at the drive-thru were efficient and very polite. Thank you for the great service!

The Taco Bell has raised prices on their point-of-sale system, but the drive-thru menu still shows the old prices. Customers should be informed that they will receive the lowest price at the register, as the drive-thru menu isn't updated. This practice can be seen as a bait-and-switch tactic, which in some jurisdictions could be considered a form of retail fraud. Essentially, this means a company advertises a product at an attractive low price only to upsell the customer on a more expensive item that is similar to the one initially advertised.

When I went through the drive-thru, I experienced terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for two steak crunch wraps, but only received one. I didn’t want to make a scene, but I was frustrated. Throughout the day, I tried to call, but the phone was out of service.
