Taco Bell - Columbus

I visited the restaurant on Sunday, July 17th, at 6:00 PM, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was much better than I had anticipated.

The lobby was closed again, and this was on a Thursday afternoon. Whenever we have the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, the women’s restroom has a lack of cleanliness (I've experienced this on three separate visits). I think we’re ready to move on from this place.

The Taco bell is one of my favorite restaurants. the airport was pretty bad with customer service. I could say something different today. they are under new management, thank god! oh, and that was eating again on curs.?

Understaffed. After using the kiosk instead of using credit card I decided to pay by cash. The manager in charge was not happy about having to go to the cash register to complete my order. Said no one was handling the registers because of being understaffed. Not going to use this location for a long time. Not very friendly at all.

Had to wait several minutes in the drive-through but that was okay because my order was correct, the soda was ice cold and the girl at the window was very friendly.
