Taco Bell - Columbus

I know the drive-thru line moves incredibly slowly, but if you choose to go inside to place your order, you'll be met with excellent customer service and receive your food much quicker! I've never had a problem when visiting this Taco Bell for my delicious Crunchwrap Supreme. They've always gotten my order right! Plus, they accept Apple Pay inside, making it convenient to order even if you happen to forget your wallet. Overall, I really love this Taco Bell and will always return to this location when I'm craving a Crunchwrap Supreme or a bean and cheese burrito. I'll definitely be back after spring break!

I'm extremely frustrated with this location (HOLLAND, OH, 7030 ORCHARD CENTRE DR). I've visited three times in the past week, and each time, I've experienced the same issue. I ordered online and requested sufficient sauces for my meal, but, just like the previous visits, not a single sauce was included in the bag today! Having worked in the fast food industry myself, I know that it's crucial to double-check orders. Before handing over a bag to a customer, we would carefully review the receipt to ensure everything was included. Is anyone even checking their work anymore? It's absurd that there's a box at the bottom of the receipt intended for verifying accuracy, yet it was checked off, despite the oversight.

As for the food, yesterday was particularly poor. Our orders were incorrect, and everything was packaged carelessly. The tortillas were hard, the meat was overly salty, and the chips were practically drenched in salt. The new dipping taco was terrible, at least at this location. We only come here for the convenience of the drive-thru since it’s near campus, but we’ll be taking our business elsewhere for our next Taco Bell visit.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. Made me park my car out of the drive thru and wait on foot at the window for my food. She then slammed the window in my face. You can't make this up. Do not go here. Take the time to go to literally any other Taco Bell.

Thought my burrito felt light and odd, flipped it over and chips actually fell out of the fold. Opened the burrito to see four pieces of chicken, lettuce, and chips. The order was also missing a taco, and the beans on the Crunchwrap were old, sour, and somehow crunchy.
