Around 4:45, I called the store to see if they could start making my sandwich. To my surprise, Ruby told me she had just finished preparing it herself because she remembered I mentioned my fiancé’s schedule, and it was all ready to go. Ruby, if you’re reading this, I’ve had a tough week, and I truly appreciate your kindness and exceptional customer service. It’s so refreshing to see that some people still take pride in their work! I will definitely return to this restaurant just because of my wonderful interaction with Ruby!

I would like to express my frustration with the Bradley Park Subway for not answering their phone on a Saturday at 12:15. Isn't placing a phone order similar to being in line to order in person? I genuinely believe that good customer service involves answering the phone and asking customers to hold briefly if needed. This situation makes me question whether an online order would also be overlooked. I would appreciate a response to this message. Thank you.

The food is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and everything is always fresh. The manager was fantastic, ensuring everything was in perfect order. I would rate it a 10/10!

I ordered a turkey sandwich at doordash when I got the order, it was a tuna sandwich. I called doordash and was on the hat. I hung up and called the load. ruby took off and from the time she did her customer service was impeccable. she assured me that she would correct the order and that I could pick up my right sandwich. I told her I didn't have a job at the moment and that my fiancée had gone out at 5 o'clock so he could pick it up for me if that was okay. at 4:45 I called the load to see if they could start to make him. she said she just finished it personally because she remembered that my fiancé was at 5 and that's all ready. ruby, if you? re read this, I had a terrible week I appreciate her friendliness and fantastic customer service. it is always refreshing when people are still proud of it! I'm back to these because of this interaction with ruby!

I visited Parks and Parks Subway and I'm puzzled as to why they don't answer their phone on a Saturday at 12:15. I wanted to place an order over the phone, but I wonder if calling would be any different from someone waiting in line to order. I genuinely believe good customer service means answering the phone, even if just for a minute. If I were to place an order in person, would I be ignored as well? I would appreciate a response regarding this issue.
